PRICE & QUANTITIES

Electronics EZ Find/ Well Gain Electronics Inc. makes every effort to present current and accurate pricing on its Web site and eBay store. However, prices are subject to change without notice and quantities may be limited. All orders are subject to current pricing at time of acceptance by Electronics EZ Find/ Well Gain Electronics Inc.. No trade in other currencies will be accepted.

PAYMENT

• Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard & American Express
  
• Cashier's Check or Money Order (USA domestic only): For phone or fax orders only. Please contact us for accurate total amount including shipping charges. No personal check will be accepted. The products will not be shipped until the check is clear.
  
• Wire Transfer: For phone or fax orders only. Please contact us for simple instructions. A $30 charge is made on all wire transfers.
  
• No C.O.D.

RETURN POLICY

• Please contact our sales representative to obtain an RMA number prior to returning your product. You may email to sales@wellgainelectronics.com or call 1866-WellGain(5424).
  
• All claims must be made in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. Please include a copy of a failure report, part number, purchase order number, quantity, and quantity being returned.
  
• The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box.
  
• Product must be in the original condition and the same package as when received by you or your company.
  
• RMA will be void if the product is not received by Well Gain within 30 days of the RMA date.
  
• C.O.D. Returns will not be accepted.
  
• Parts returned due to customer error may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  
• A credit will be issued within 15 days after receipt of the product.
  
• Any packages shipped to Well Gain before all of these steps have been completed will be rejected.
  
• All RMA's are at the sole discretion of Electronics EZ Find/ Well Gain Electronics, Inc.
  
• Return shipping is at customer expense.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

US Domestic Customers: The shipping options are Air Parcel Post, UPS and FedEx. The shipping calculator is also available by using the zip code. We do not assume responsibility for shipping costs. If overpayment is made, a store credit will be issued. If too little is allowed for shipping, you will be contacted by phone or mail/ email and asked to send the difference.

International Customers: UPS, FedEx and Air Parcel Post may be used. Be sure to give complete mailing instructions including address, country and details you wish considered for customs. For example, you may want a declaration "For Amateur Radio Use" or a telephone number on the outside of the package. Please give us as many details as possible so that we can expedite your order. E-Mail and Fax orders are welcome and encouraged.

SALES TAX

All the Price do not include sales tax. The state taxed will be included for California residents. For resale, please contact and provide us your resale certificate.

Payment for Goods and Payment of Applicable Taxes
The customer supplying credit card information asserts the information is accurate; charges will be honored by the customer's credit card company, and the card user will pay fees charged the customer at rates effective at the time of transaction with appropriate tax. The customer shall be responsible for all charges incurred through use of the password supplied by the customer.
