However, prices are subject to change without notice and quantities may be limited. All orders are subject to current pricing at time of acceptance by Electronics EZ Find/ Well Gain Electronics Inc.. No trade in other currencies will be accepted. Picture is for illustration purpose only, it may not represent actual product.

RETURN POLICY
- Please contact our sales representative to obtain an RMA number prior to returning your product. You may email to sales@wellgainelectronics.com or call 1866-WellGain(5424).
- All claims must be made in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. Please include a copy of a failure report, part number, purchase order number, quantity, and quantity being returned.
- The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box.
- Product must be in the original condition and the same package as when received by you or your company.
- RMA will be void if the product is not received by Well Gain within 30 days of the RMA date.
- C.O.D. Returns will not be accepted.
- Parts returned due to customer error may be subject to a 25% restocking charge, shipping charge cannot be refounded due to customers error.. Special modified items as per customer request are not eligible for a refund.
- A credit will be issued within 15 days after receipt of the product.
- Any packages shipped to Well Gain before all of these steps have been completed will be rejected.
- All RMA's are at the sole discretion of Electronics EZ Find/ Well Gain Electronics, Inc.
- Return shipping is at customer expense.
- In addition, no returns will be accepted if the equipment is damaged, marred or the Warranty Seal has been broken. Where custom products, equipment, or services and/or special purchased equipment are/is involved, these products, equipment, or services may not be returned and customer shall be responsible for the full price of all products, equipment, services and related work in progress.

Our online store offers Real-Time Pricing and Availability and we offer same day shipping on in-stock orders received by 3 pm PST. (Except Weekends and Holidays)

The shipping options are:
UPS: UPS Next Day Air Early A.M., UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M., UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground.
FedEx: FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Express saver and FedEx Ground.
USPS: USPS Express Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Post. The shipping calculator is also available by using the zip code. We do not assume responsibility for shipping costs. If overpayment is made, a store credit will be issued. If too little is allowed for shipping, you will be contacted by phone or mail, email and asked to send the difference.
-International Customers:
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

- Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
- Some items are shipped from our Hong Kong or Taiwan warehouse, please allowed 10-12 business day for delivery.
SALES TAX
All the Price do not include sales tax. The state taxed will be included for California residents. For resale, please contact and provide us your resale certificate.
